1. Eligibility for Price Matching
- Price matching is available for identical products (same brand, model, size, color, and specifications) listed at a lower price by authorized and reputable online or brick-and-mortar retailers.
- The lower-priced competitor must be an authorized retailer selling the product in new condition, in-stock, and available for immediate purchase.
- Price matching applies to both online and in-store prices.
2. Valid Price Proof Requirements
- Proof of the lower price must be provided at the time of request. Acceptable proof includes:
- A current webpage URL showing the product and price.
- A printed advertisement or flyer with the product details and price.
- A screenshot of the online listing.
- The proof must clearly show the product, price, date, and retailer information.
3. Conditions for Price Matching
- The product must be identical in model, size, color, and condition.
- The lower price must include all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, if relevant.
- The lower price must be current and verifiable at the time of the request.
- Price matching requests must be made at the point of sale or before completing the purchase.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
- We do not match prices on clearance, liquidation, limited-time promotions, special bundle offers, or items with limited quantities.
- Price matching does not apply to third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or unauthorized retailers.
- We reserve the right to refuse price matching requests that cannot be verified or do not meet the above criteria.
- Price matching is limited to one request per customer per product.
5. Our Rights and Responsibilities
- We reserve the right to verify the lower price and the legitimacy of the competitor.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this policy at any time without notice.
- We are not responsible for pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies on competitor websites or advertisements.
6. Final Decision
All price match requests are subject to approval by Parts All Diesel. Our team will review the request and notify you of the outcome. Our decision is final.
7. Additional Notes
- Price matching is available only for in-stock items at the time of the request.
- This policy applies only to the specific product purchased or in the process of purchase and does not apply to future orders.
